Wolves make the crucial trip to East Anglia to take on Ipswich tonight, sitting precariously just outside of the drop zone, and they could find themselves inside the bottom three by the end of the night if they fail to win, and Bristol City are triumphant against Wigan Athletic.
Paul Lambert’s men are in the midst of a woeful run of form that has seen them lose five consecutive Championship games, and despite encouraging displays against Liverpool and Chelsea in the FA Cup, the players have quite simply failed to show up against the so-called smaller teams of late.

The Tractor Boys, meanwhile, have not lost since the 31st of January, although they have only recorded one victory during that period, and they could climb inside the top half of the table with a win tonight, should other results work in their favour.
Wolves themselves will be desperate for all three points, however, and despite the fact that they have at least one game in hand on all of the teams in and around them in the table, things seem to be looking very bleak for Lambert’s men.
