Confirmed West Ham v West Brom lineups: Carroll starts, Noble on the bench

West Ham United take on West Bromwich Albion in the Premier League this evening.

West Ham United head into tonight’s game having had a week off, with their last game ending in a 3-3 draw at Bournemouth on Boxing Day.

The Hammers slipped back into the relegation zone by virtue of other results over the weekend, and manager David Moyes will be hoping for a win tonight.

Moyes sticks with Adrian in goal, with Winston Reid, Angelo Ogbonna and Aaron Cresswell making up a back three, whilst Pablo Zabaleta and Arthur Masuaku feature as wing backs.

Cheikhou Kouyate partners Pedro Obiang in midfield, leaving Manuel Lanzini and Marko Arnautovic to support lone striker Andy Carroll in attack.

That means that Javier Hernandez and Andre Ayew only make the bench, alongside Joe Hart, Declan Rice, Mark Noble, Sead Haksabanovic and Domingos Quina.

Meanwhile, West Brom boss Alan Pardew is still searching for his first win as Baggies boss, and will be hoping to claim it against his former club tonight.

West Brom drew 1-1 with Arsenal on Sunday, and Pardew has gone with a defence of Craig Dawson, Jonny Evans, Ahmed Hegazi and Kieran Gibbs in front of goalkeeper Ben Foster.

Grzegorz Krychowiak joins Claudio Yacob in midfield despite questions over his future, with James McClean, Matt Phillips and Jay Rodriguez supporting Salomon Rondon.

Jake Livermore and Chris Brunt are only on the bench, alongside Boaz Myhill, Gareth McAuley, Sam Field, Oliver Burke and Hal Robson-Kanu.
