Here is how West Bromwich Albion and Manchester United will line up this afternoon:

West Bromwich Albion welcome Manchester United to The Hawthorns this weekend for their latest Premier League clash, and both sides will be desperate for the three points for very different reasons.

West Brom are currently 19th in the Premier League table with only Swansea City below them and the Baggies need to get some points on the board as soon as possible or risk being cut adrift in early 2018.

As for United, they may be second but they have watched Manchester City seemingly run away with the league with six months to spare and they need to win practically every point available to them in the coming months to stand any chance of a dramatic turnaround.

West Brom can climb out of the drop zone with a victory while United can cut the gap between them and City to 11 points, which is still a huge margin at this early stage of the campaign.

West Brom have a decent recent record against United, beating today’s opponents three times since Sir Alex Ferguson’s retirement, but they will have to go some to make that four.
