Tottenham Hotspur host Watford in the Premier League this evening.

Tottenham Hotspur starting line-up: Lloris; Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose; Winks, Sissoko, Eriksen; Son, Llorente.

Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Gazzaniga, Trippier, Walker-Peters, Dier, Skipp, Lamela, Moura.

Watford starting line-up: Foster; Janmaat, Cathcart, Mariappa; Holebas; Hughes, Cleverley, Capoue, Pereyra; Deulofeu, Deeney.

Watford substitutes: Gomes, Britos, Masina, Wilmot, Quina, Sema, Success.

Tottenham Hotspur head into tonight’s game having been dumped out of the FA Cup and Carabao Cup over the last week, and need a response tonight.

Hugo Lloris starts in goal, behind a back five of Serge Aurier, Davinson Sanchez, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Danny Rose.

Moussa Sissoko, Harry Winks and Christian Eriksen line up in midfield, with Son Heung-min return to action in attack with Fernando Llorente.

Kieran Trippier is only on the bench, alongside Paulo Gazzaniga, Kyle Walker-Peters, Eric Dier, Oliver Skipp, Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura.

Meanwhile, Watford beat Newcastle in the FA Cup on Saturday, and are now looking to pick up more momentum for the Premier League – starting with tonight’s short trip to Wembley.

Ben Foster starts in goal, with a back four of Daryl Janmaat, Craig Cathcart, Adrian Mariappa and Jose Holebas in front of him.

Tom Cleverley partners ex-Spurs man Etienne Capoue in midfield, with Will Hughes and Roberto Pereyra in the wide areas to support Gerard Deulofeu and Troy Deeney.

Heurelho Gomes, Miguel Britos, Adam Masina, Ben Wilmot, Domingos Quina, Ken Sema and Isaac Success are all named on the Hornets bench.
