Tottenham Hotspur host Millwall in the FA Cup this afternoon.
Tottenham Hotspur will be looking to make it into the semi-finals of the FA Cup this afternoon as they take on Millwall.
Spurs have yet to face Premier League opposition in this year’s competition, as they have seen off Aston Villa, Wycombe Wanderers and Fulham.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men now have a great chance of winning silverware, and he has picked a suitably strong line-up in a bid to win the FA Cup.
Michel Vorm comes in for Hugo Lloris in goal, whilst Kieran Trippier replaces Kyle Walker at right wing back, with Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen and Eric Dier at centre back, and Ben Davies at left wing back.
Youngster Harry Winks will partner Victor Wanyama in central midfield, leaving Dele Alli and Son Heung-min to support lone striker Harry Kane, who has scored 12 goals in his last ten games.
Moussa Sissoko and Josh Onomah are on the bench, alongside Kyle Walker, Kevin Wimmer, Vincent Janssen, Christian Eriksen and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
Meanwhile, Millwall have already dumped three Premier League teams out of the FA Cup, sending Bournemouth, Watford and Leicester packing – and they’ll want to make it four in today’s London derby.
The League One side currently sit in a play-off place, and Neil Harris will be looking to spring a surprise by knocking Spurs out today.
His hopes have been dented by Jordan Archer’s absence, as the former Spurs goalkeeper has been ruled out through injury, leaving Tom King to start in goal.
Ex-Chelsea youngster Shaun Cummings starts at right back, whilst Wolves loanee Jed Wallace and youngster Aiden O’Brien support front two Steve Morison and Lee Gregory.
Ex-Newcastle youngster Shane Ferguson is on the bench, alongside youngsters Mahlon Romeo and Fred Onyedinma, two of the club’s top young talents.
