Tottenham Hotspur starting XI: Lloris; Tanganga, Dier, Sanchez, Reguilon; Hojbjerg, Skipp; Lucas, Alli, Bergwijn; Son.

Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Gollini, Davies, Doherty, Gil, Lo Celso, Romero, Scarlett, Sissoko, Winks.

Manchester City starting XI: Ederson; Cancelo, Dias, Ake, Mendy; Fernandinho, Gundogan; Sterling, Grealish, Mahrez; Torres.

Manchester City substitutes: Steffen, Zinchenko, Laporte, Walker, Stones, Rodrigo, Bernardo, De Bruyne, Jesus.

Tottenham go with Hugo Lloris in goal, whilst it’s a back four of Japhet Tanganga, Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez and Sergio Reguilon.

Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Oliver Skipp start in midfield, with Dele Alli as the number 10.

Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn feature out wide, flanking Son Heung-min in the Tottenham attack.

The big talking point has been the future of striker Harry Kane, but he isn’t in the squad at all amid rumours of a move to – ironically – Manchester City.

New signings Pierluigi Gollini, Cristian Romero and Bryan Gil are all on the bench, joining Ben Davies, Matt Doherty, Giovani Lo Celso, Dane Scarlett, Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks.

Meanwhile, Manchester City go with Ederson in goal, and it’s a back four of Joao Cancelo, Ruben Dias, Nathan Ake and Benjamin Mendy.

Fernandinho partners Ilkay Gundogan in midfield, whilst Jack Grealish starts with Raheem Sterling, Riyad Mahrez and Ferran Torres in a fluid attack.

Kevin De Bruyne is fit for the bench, joining Zack Steffen, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Aymeric Laporte, Kyle Walker, John Stones, Rodrigo, Bernardo Silva and Gabriel Jesus.
