Confirmed Tottenham v Chelsea lineups: Vinicius starts, Bale on the bench

Tottenham Hotspur starting XI: Lloris; Aurier, Alderweireld, Dier, Davies; Hojbjerg, Sissoko; Bergwijn, Ndombele, Son; Vinicius.

Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Hart, Doherty, Sanchez, Rodon, Tanganga, Winks, Lamela, Bale, Lucas.

Chelsea starting XI: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Silva; James, Kovacic, Jorginho, Alonso; Mount, Werner, Hudson-Odoi.

Chelsea substitutes: Arrizabalaga, Christensen, Chilwell, Emerson, Kante, Ziyech, Pulisic, Abraham, Giroud.

Tottenham go with Hugo Lloris in goal, behind a back four of Serge Aurier, Toby Alderweireld, Eric Dier and Ben Davies.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Moussa Sissoko feature in midfield, with Tanguy Ndombele as the number 10.

Steven Bergwijn and Son Heung-min feature out wide, with Carlos Vinicius called into the side to lead the Spurs attack.

That means Gareth Bale is only on the bench, joining Joe Hart, Matt Doherty, Davinson Sanchez, Joe Rodon, Japhet Tanganga, Harry Winks, Erik Lamela and Lucas Moura.
