Tottenham host Bayer Leverkusen at Wembley.
Tottenham’s Kyle Walker during training
Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to snap a run of five successive draws by beating Bayer Leverkusen this evening.
It is the club’s second of three home Champions League group stage ties they play at Wembley.
The first was a shock 2-1 loss at home to Monaco, a disappointing result which they have since bounced back from.
They beat CSKA Moscow away before drawing against Leverkusen in Germany, and a win tonight will put them in good position to qualify for the knockout rounds.
A win will also be a much needed confidence boost ahead of Sunday’s North London derby against in form Arsenal.
Striker Harry Kane is back in training but does not return to the starting line up this evening.
