Things are hotting up at the top of the league, and two of the sides with realistic aspirations of finishing in the top four meet at White Hart Lane this afternoon.
The Reds will climb back up to second with a win, while three points for Spurs will see them join today’s opponents on 30 points.
Andre Villas Boas will definitely be without the injured Jan Vertonghen, while Brendan Rodgers will have to make do without skipper Steven Gerrard.
Tottenham will be hoping recent history repeats itself – with Liverpool losing their last six visits to the North London club. Although the home side have triumphed just once in their last five home league matches, so they will be hoping the resurgent display against Anzhi Makhachkala last week is the start of better things to come.
What do you think today’s result will be?
