Tottenham Hotspur take on Borussia Dortmund this evening…
Tottenham Hotspur starting line-up: Lloris; Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Vertonghen, Davies; Winks, Sissoko; Eriksen, Son, Kane.
Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Gazzaniga, Rose, Dier, Wanyama, Lamela, Lucas, Llorente.
Tottenham return to action once again tonight as they travel to Signal Iduna Park to take on Borussia Dortmund in the second leg of their last 16 Champions League clash.
Spurs lead 3-0 from the first leg, and need to avoid a massive collapse tonight in order to advance, though some patchy performances of late have been a concern.
Hugo Lloris starts in goal after his penalty save against Arsenal on Saturday, and he’ll be protected by three centre backs in Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez and Jan Vertonghen.
Serge Aurier and Ben Davies feature as the wing backs tonight, with Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks staring in the centre of midfield this evening.
Christian Eriksen keeps his place despite some poor displays of late, and he’ll support Son Heung-min and Harry Kane in attack, with Erik Lamela only on the bench.
Lamela is joined by fellow substitutes Paulo Gazzaniga, Danny Rose, Eric Dier, Victor Wanyama, Lucas Moura and Fernando Llorente.
There is no place for Dele Alli as he attempts to ramp up his return, whilst Juan Foyth and Kieran Trippier both miss out too.
