Pochettino was already without the injured Danny Rose, Mousa Dembele, Victor Wanyama and Erik Lamela for tonight’s game, whilst Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen are suspended, and Christian Eriksen is now ill, meaning he misses tonight’s game too.
Tottenham have subsequently re-shuffled their side, but Hugo Lloris starts in goal, behind a back three of Toby Alderweireld, Davinson Sanchez and Ben Davies, with Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier at wing back.
Harry Winks partners Eric Dier in midfield, with the onus on Son Heung-min and the much-criticised Moussa Sissoko to support lone striker Harry Kane.
With Pochettino somewhat down to the bare bones, he has named youngsters Kyle Walker-Peters, Tashan Oakley-Boothe and Anthony Georgiou on the bench, alongside the likes of Michel Vorm, Juan Foyth, Georges-Kevin Nkoudou and Fernando Llorente.
