Tottenham Hotspur’s under-21 side will be looking to put more points on the board in the under-21 Premier League, as they take on Norwich City this afternoon.
Spurs are keeping pace with Manchester United at the top of division one and this is a good chance for them to try and create a lead at the top of the table.
Tottenham have one of the best youth team setups in the country, which has been demonstrated by the fact so many academy products have graduated into the first team under Pochettino this season.
It’s a great chance for the youngsters on show to impress the first team boss, who regularly casts an eye over the youth teams. It’s also a chance for the youngsters to get some positive feeling back around the club, after a difficult game for the senior side yesterday.
Manchester United don’t play until this evening, so the youngsters can move to the top of the table and place the pressure back onto their closest rivals.
