Derby starting line-up and substitutes:
Wolves play host to Derby County in the Championship tonight, with both sides in desperate need of all three points.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side currently sit top of the Championship table, eight points clear of second placed Fulham, and need just six more points to guarantee promotion back to the Premier League.

Gary Rowett’s side, meanwhile, sit in fifth spot in the table, and need maximum points tonight in order to give them some breathing space on the teams below them.
The Rams can move five points clear of seventh placed Middlesbrough with a win tonight, and would still have a game in hand over Tony Pulis’ side.

That will be easier said than done, however, with Nuno’s Wolves side in top form.
The Black Country outfit ground out a hard-fought 1-0 win over Cardiff City on Friday night, and they will be full of confidence as they welcome Derby to Molineux this evening.
History is on the east Midlands outfit’s side, however. They have beaten Wolves in three of their last five encounters, and a win tonight would arguably be their most important one over their rivals in a very long time.
