The Foxes head into tonight’s game in the midst of an indifferent run of form that has seen them win just three of their last nine games in all competitions, and one of those was after a penalty shoot-out.
Claude Puel’s men currently sit in 12th position in the Premier league table, so the Carabao Cup quarter-final will be a welcome distraction for the east Midlands outlet.
City, meanwhile, have been at their usual brilliant best, apart from a rare slip up at Chelsea 10 days ago.
Pep Guardiola’s side have won 12 and drawn one of their last 14 games in all competitions, so it will take a herculean effort from Leicester to progress through to the semi-finals of the competition.

The Foxes do have fond memories of playing the Citizens at the King Power Stadium, however. It was only two years ago when they beat Guardiola’s men 4-2 in an enthralling contest.
The game kicks off tonight at 19:45 and can be seen exclusively live on Sky Sports.
