Leeds head into today’s game on the back of a fine run of form that has seen them win their last six Championship games on the trot, and they currently sit comfortably at the top of the table, six points clear of third placed West Bromwich Albion.
Marcelo Bielsa deserves great credit for the manner in which he has transformed the Whites into arguably the best footballing side in the division, and the Elland Road faithful will surely be loving what they are seeing.
Blackburn, meanwhile, are currently in the midst of somewhat of a rough patch of form, having won just twice in their last 10 Championship games, and they sit in 14th spot in the table.
Tony Mowbray’s men will certainly have their work cut-out at Elland Road today, and they will quite simply have to be at their very best, if they are to have any chance whatsoever of returning to Lancashire with a positive result to show for their efforts.
