Rangers will be looking for a fifth straight league win this evening as they travel to take on St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park.

The Gers have beaten Aberdeen, Hearts, Hamilton Academical and Inverness Caledonian Thistle in their last four games, and will be looking to make it five wins in a row tonight.

Mark Warburton has had to ring the changes though, as left back Lee Wallace is out injured – and his selection may involve a change of system.

With three centre backs starting in Rob Kiernan, Danny Wilson and Clint Hill, we could see Andy Halliday play as a left wing back – or Warburton could stick with 4-3-3, meaning the left back spot could be filled by Hill or Wilson.

James Tavernier is back at right back, with Lee Hodson on the bench, whilst Martyn Waghorn is on the bench despite some fine recent performances, with Kenny Miller and Barrie McKay supporting Joe Garner in attack.

Joining Hodson on the bench are Philippe Senderos, Michael O’Halloran, Martyn Waghorn, Matt Gilks, Matt Crooks and Harry Forrester.

Meanwhile, St Johnstone have lost just one of their last six games, and sit in fifth place in the Scottish Premiership table.

With a 1-0 win over Kilmarnock in their last outing, Tommy Wright’s side are in decent form right now, and will be hoping to close the gap on Rangers tonight.

Wright’s side contains a couple of ex-Rangers players as Richard Foster and Steven MacLean take on their former club tonight.

Regulars like Steven Anderson, Brian Easton, Chris Millar and David Wotherspoon also start, with Graham Cummins leading the line for the hosts.

Wright can call upon the likes of Danny Swanson and Liam Craig from the bench, along with Tam Scobbie, Keith Watson, George Hunter, Chris Kane and goalkeeper Alan Mannus.
