Here is how Sheffield United and Fulham will line-up for today’s match.
Sheffield United starting XI: Long, Brayford, Maguire, Collins, Hill, Flynn, Doyle, Coady, Murphy, Baxter, Porter
Subs: Howard, Harris, Miller, McGinn, Scougall, Kennedy, Girolamo
Fulham starting XI: Stockdale, Passley, Hughes, Senderos, Riise, Duff, David, Karagounis, Kasami, Tankovic, Rodallega
Subs: Stekelenburg, Pritchard, Christensen, Kacaniklic, Taarabt, Plumain, Bent
Both sides could do with the boost of a successful cup run, with Fulham perilously close to the Premier League relegation zone and Sheffield United one point away from safety in League One.
The confidence a win today will generate cannot be underestimated, but at the same time both sides will know that the fights ahead mean they will want to wrap this up at the first attempt.
The hosts have never lost to today’s visitors in this competition, winning four and drawing one of their previous five encounters. But they will be without Billy Paynter, Elliott Whitehouse and Callum McFadzean who are all ineligible.
Fulham’s only doubt is the injured Fernando Amorebieta.
What do you think the result will be this afternoon?
