Rodrigo drops to the bench, joining Kristoffer Klaesson, Charlie Cresswell, Jamie Shackleton, Nohan Kenneh, Mateusz Klich, Crysencio Summerville, Joe Gelhardt and Tyler Roberts.

Tottenham again play 3-4-3 today, starting with Hugo Lloris in goal behind Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies.

Matt Doherty comes in at right wing back with Ryan Sessegnon on the left, whilst Harry Winks replaces the injured Rodrigo Bentancur in midfield.
