Rangers take on Aberdeen at Ibrox tonight…
Rangers are back in league action tonight, and will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat when they take on Aberdeen at Ibrox.
Caretaker boss Graeme Murty has seen his side lose 2-0 to Hamilton Academical and 2-1 to Dundee in their last two outings, and he remains in charge tonight.
Murty has kept Wes Foderingham in goal as usual, but he appears to have gone with a back five, with Ross McCrorie, Bruno Alves and Danny Wilson playing as the centre backs.
James Tavernier and Declan John feature in wing back roles, with Ryan Jack partnering Jason Holt in the middle of the park.
It appears that Carlos Pena and Josh Windass will be supporting lone striker Kenny Miller, with Alfredo Morelos not involved this evening.
Daniel Candeias is dropped to the bench, alongside Jak Alnwick, Lee Hodson, David Bates, Niko Kranjcar, Ryan Hardie and Eduardo Herrera.
Meanwhile, Aberdeen line up with Joe Lewis in goal, and Shay Logan, Scott McKenna, Kari Arnason and Andrew Considine making up the back four.
Graeme Shinnie joins Greg Tansey and Anthony O’Connor in midfield, with Kenny McLean and Ryan Christie supporting Stevie May.
That means that ex-Rangers loanee Dominic Ball is on the bench alongside Celtic loanee Gary Mackay-Steven, as well as Danny Rogers, Mark Reynolds, Greg Stewart, Adam Rooney and Nicky Maynard.
