Rangers will be looking to set up the final against Celtic in the Scottish League Cup this season.
Celtic got the better of Hibernian 5-2 at Hampden Park in Glasgow in the semi-finals of the Scottish League Cup on Saturday.
Rangers are in action this afternoon, as Steven Gerrard’s side take on Heart of Midlothian at Hampden Park in the last four.
The Gers will head into the match as favourites, and the Scottish giants’ fans will expect them to win.
However, Hearts do have what it takes to win against Rangers this afternoon.
This is how Rangers will line up against Hearts in the Scottish League Cup semi-finals this afternoon:
Meanwhile, former Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur striker Peter Crouch has said that he would have loved to play for Rangers.
The 38-year-old, who also turned out for Queens Park Rangers and Southampton among other clubs, has said that he would have loved to play for Rangers in his early 30s.
The Daily Record quotes the former England international striker as saying: “I would have liked to have come up here, definitely, play in an Old Firm game, I would have loved to have been a part of that.
“It just didn’t materialise. I didn’t want to come up here half-hearted, it wouldn’t be allowed, certainly by him (Gerrard) for one, and I was ready to finish. I wanted to finish in the Premier League.
“In my early 30s I would have liked to come here and given it a go and done it properly, but it wasn’t to be.”
