Rangers take on St Johnstone at Ibrox this evening…
Rangers starting line-up: Foderingham, Tavernier, Kiernan, Hill, Wallace; Holt, Toral, Hyndman; McKay, Miller, Waghorn
Rangers substitutes: Alnwick, Wilson, Hodson, Halliday, Forrester, O’Halloran, Garner
The Gers are in action again tonight just days after losing 2-1 away at Inverness Caledonian Thistle, and interim boss Graeme Murty will be desperate for a response having also lost 2-1 to Dundee.
Murty has tonight made two changes to his side, as Danny Wilson and Andy Halliday are both dropped to the bench in favour of Clint Hill and Jason Holt.
Wes Foderingham keeps his place in goal, with James Tavernier, Rob Kiernan and Lee Wallace joining Hill in defence, whilst Holt plays in midfield alongside Jon Toral and Emerson Hyndman.
Kenny Miller, Barrie McKay and Martyn Waghorn all start in attack, with Michael O’Halloran and Joe Garner both left on the bench as Murty goes for strong attacking substitutes.
Jak Alnwick, Lee Hodson and Harry Forrester join them on the bench, along with the aforementioned Wilson and Halliday.
After a poor run of form and chaos off the field, Rangers need a result tonight – but Tommy Wright, who has been linked with the Rangers job, will be hoping to lead his St Johnstone side to victory this evening.
