Here is how Manchester United and Stoke City will line up this weekend:
Manchester United welcome Stoke City to Old Trafford this afternoon for their latest Premier League clash.
Jose Mourinho’s side appear to have got over their recent blip, winning their last three matches in all competitions and putting in a superb performance against champions Leicester City last weekend.
Another first-half showing like that today and Stoke will do well to keep the score-line respectable, but Potters manager Mark Hughes knows these surroundings well and would love to get a vital win on the board.
United are currently seventh in the Premier League with 12 points from six matches and they will be hoping to move back into the top four with a victory this afternoon.
In contrast Stoke are way down in 20th place with just two points all season, which means this match, like every one between now and the end of the campaign, could be vital.
That said United will not be taking a win for granted against a side that should climb up the table once things click into gear.
