Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur will face Manchester City this evening.

Tottenham Hotspur will be aiming to make it two wins in two in the Premier League this evening when they take on Manchester City away from home at the Etihad Stadium.
Spurs will head into the match against Pep Guardiola’s side on the back of a 3-1 victory over Aston Villa at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in North London.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side are aiming to challenge for the Premier League title this season, and they will have to make a statement against City this evening.
As for City, the Citizens are favourites for the league title yet again this season, having won the championship for the past two years.
The Citizens kicked off their league campaign with a 5-0 victory over West Ham United away from home at the London Stadium in the league last weekend.
This is how City and Tottenham will line up at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon:

Meanwhile, former Arsenal star Paul Merson, who now works as a pundit for Sky Sports, has suggested that Tanguy Ndombele was not very impressive on his debut for Tottenham last season.
The France international midfielder, who joined Spurs in the summer transfer window, scored for Tottenham in their win against Aston Villa last weekend.
Merson wrote in The Daily Star: “There was a lot of talk about Tanguy Ndombele scoring on his debut but I thought he really struggled until he scored. They still look light in midfield to me.”
