Manchester City host West Ham United in the Premier League this afternoon.

Manchester City will look to make it three wins out of three as they host West Ham United at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon.

With wins over Sunderland and Stoke City, Pep Guardiola has a 100% record so far this season, and his side’s win over Steaua Bucharest in midweek is another boost for City.

Today, Guardiola has gone with a familiar setup, as Joe Hart again has to settle for a place on the bench, with Willy Caballero keeping his place in goal as new signing Claudio Bravo is given more time to settle after joining from Barcelona this week.

Bacary Sagna is out through injury, meaning Pablo Zabaleta starts at right back, whilst the dangerous from three of Nolito, Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling start this afternoon.

Meanwhile, West Ham will be hoping to bounce back from an embarrassing 1-0 home defeat to Astra Giurgiu in Thursday night’s Europa League qualifier.

Manager Slaven Bilic masterminded a shock 2-1 win away at City last season, and will now look for the same again this afternoon.

He again has to go without Dimitri Payet though, as the French playmaker is out of the matchday squad again amid concerns over his fitness.

Bilic appears to have gone with five at the back, with James Collins, Winston Reid and Angelo Ogbonna at centre back, allowing Michail Antonio and Arthur Masuaku to get forward and attack.

There’s a start for Ashley Fletcher, who impressed as a substitute against Astra, and he will be flanked by Enner Valencia and Gokhan Tore in an experimental West Ham side.

Summer signing Jonathan Calleri is on the bench, alongside the likes of Sam Byram, Pedro Obiang, Reece Oxford and the returning Manuel Lanzini, who is back from injury today.
