Liverpool starting XI: Adrian; Bradley, Konate, R Williams, Tsimikas; Milner, Keita, Elliot; Salah, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Mane.

Liverpool substitutes: H Davies, N Williams, Koumetio, Wilson.

Liverpool play the second of two pre-season friendlies at 5:45pm this evening when they take on Stuttgart in Austria.

Their first friendly of the day came against Wacker Innsbruck, with that game kicking off at 5pm. Both games will only last 30 minutes as Liverpool go for short bursts rather than full games right now.

It’s a whole different starting XI for the Stuttgart game, with Adrian starting in goal whilst Alisson is still on a break following Copa America.

Conor Bradley lines up at right back, with Rhys Williams partnering new signing Ibrahima Konate at centre back. Kostas Tsimikas is at left back.

James Milner joins Naby Keita in midfield, whilst it looks like Harvey Elliott will play as the most advanced midfielder behind a front three.

It seems that the Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain experiment will truly begin here as he starts in a false nine role, flanked by Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane.

It’s the same bench as against Wacker Innsbruck, with Harvey Davies, Neco Williams, Billy Koumetio and Harry Wilson.
