Here is how Liverpool and Queens Park Rangers will line up for this afternoon’s match:
Liverpool welcome Queens Park Rangers to Anfield this weekend in a vital match for both sides.
Brendan Rodgers’ men will want to get back to winning ways after their shock defeat to Hull City last week, while QPR are deep in a relegation scrap with games running out.
Liverpool are currently fifth in the Premier League table, seven points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with 12 points left to play for.
As for Chris Ramsey’s side, they are 19th, four points clear of safety and with a worse goal-difference than an in-form Leicester City.
Liverpool have a fine recent record against today’s opponents, unbeaten in their last six league encounters but the Reds have been poor recently, suggesting QPR may just have a chance to take a much needed point if they are at their very best.
That said, with just two wins in their last 17 league games, an away victory at Anfield is not a result many people are likely to be betting on.
