Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool will face Chelsea today.

Liverpool will be looking to keep Manchester City under pressure in the Premier League this afternoon when they take on Chelsea at Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will take on Chelsea at Anfield in the Premier League in around an hour’s time.
The Reds will head into the game against the Blues on the back of a 2-0 victory over FC Porto at Anfield in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie.
Last week, the Merseyside outfit got the better of Southampton 3-1 away from home at St. Mary’s Stadium in the league.
Liverpool started the weekend at the top of the Premier League table with 82 points from 33 matches, two points clear of second-placed and defending champions City, who have played 32 games.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League this season.
Maurizio Sarri’s will head into this evening’s match against Liverpool on the back of 1-0 victory over Slavia Prague away from home in the first leg of their Europa League quarter-final tie.

This is how Liverpool and Chelsea will line up at Anfield in the Premier League this afternoon:
Liverpool XI: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Keita, Henderson, Mane, Salah, Firmino.
Subs: Mignolet, Wijnaldum, Lovren, Milner, Sturridge, Shaqiri, Origi.
Meanwhile, former Arsenal star Paul Merson has predicted that Liverpool will get nervous.
Merson wrote about Liverpool on Skysports.com: “Liverpool are going to get nervous. They’ve not won the league in 29 years, and everyone in the city is talking about it, so there’s bound to be nerves. If they can get this game out of the way, Man City will have to do it the hard way.”
