Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox club Glasgow Rangers will face Aberdeen this afternoon.
Rangers will be looking to maintain their good run of form this afternoon when they take on Aberdeen away from home in the quarter-finals of the Scottish Cup.
Steven Gerrard’s side will head into the match on the back of a 4-0 victory over Dundee at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership.
It followed back-to-back 5-0 wins against Hamilton Academical and Kilmarnock, and Rangers will be confident of winning against Aberdeen this afternoon.
Aberdeen’s recent form and performances have been inconsistent, but Derek McInnes’s side will be determined to step up against Rangers.

Alfredo Morelos starts for Rangers against Aberdeen, and the Colombia international striker will be a key player for Gerrard’s team.
Former Rangers striker Kris Boyd, now on the books of Kilmarnock, believes that Aberdeen will want to get in the head of the youngster and affect his game.
Boyd wrote in The Scottish Sun: “The key for Gers will be Alfredo Morelos. He is the in-form player in the country right now, he has been for most of the season.
“When he plays, Rangers play. He gave the Dons defence a torrid time before his sending off the last time the two sides met and Scott McKenna — like every other defender in the country — will be wary of the threat he poses.
“Aberdeen will no doubt attempt to get inside his head and wind him up again — after all, he’s been sent off three times against them so far this season.”
