Leeds United take on Sunderland at Elland Road today.

Leeds United starting line-up: Peacock-Farrell; Berardi, Jansson, O’Connor, Dallas; Phillips, Vieira; Alioski, Hernandez, Saiz, Lasogga.

Leeds United substitutes: Lonergan, Anita, Pearce, Nicell, Roofe, Ekuban, Grot.

Sunderland starting line-up: Camp; Love, O’Shea, Kone, Wilson; Cattermole, McNair, Honeyman; McGeady, Fletcher, Gooch.

Sunderland substitutes: Steele, Clarke-Salter, Matthews, Ejaria, McManaman, LuaLua, Asoro.

Leeds United are back at Elland Road again this afternoon having lost 2-0 away at Fulham in midweek, as they welcome Sunderland to West Yorkshire.

Paul Heckingbottom saw his side slip to defeat in midweek, and he has kept faith with Bailey Peacock-Farrell between the sticks, whilst Gaetano Berardi, Pontus Jansson, Paudie O’Connor and Stuart Dallas line up in the back four, with O’Connor making his debut.

Kalvin Phillips and Ronaldo Vieira start in midfield, with Ezgjan Alioski, Samu Saiz and Pablo Hernandez relied upon to supply striker Pierre-Michel Lasogga this afternoon.

That means that Caleb Ekuban is on the bench, alongside Andy Lonergan, Vurnon Anita, Kemar Roofe, Jay-Roy Grot and 18-year-old Irishman Callum Nicell.

Meanwhile, Sunderland need to bounce back after defeat to Sheffield Wednesday, and they make one change as Lamine Kone comes into the side for Bryan Oviedo.

That means that Donald Love, John O’Shea, Kone and Marc Wilson will line up as the back four ahead of goalkeeper Lee Camp, with Lee Cattermole starting in holding midfield.

Paddy McNair and George Honeyman join him in the engine room, with Aiden McGeady and Lynden Gooch supporting lone striker Ashley Fletcher in the Sunderland attack.

Jake Clarke-Salter is on the bench after his recent suspension, and joins Jason Steele, Adam Matthews, Ovie Ejaria, Callum McManaman, Kazenga LuaLua and Joel Asoro.
