Leeds United will be looking to maintain their good run of form this afternoon when they take on Stoke City away from home in the Championship.

Marcelo Bielsa’s side will head into the match against Stoke on the back of a 1-0 victory over Brentford at Elland Road in the Championship.

The Whites are going strong in the league at the moment, and the West Yorkshire outfit will be confident of picking up all three points against Stoke away from home at the bet365 Stadium.

The Potters have made a disappointing start to the season and have picked up just one point from four league games.

This is how Leeds will line up against Stoke this afternoon:

Leeds United XI: Casilla, Alioski, White, Berardi, Dallas, Phillips, Klich, Harrison, Forshaw, Hernandez, Bamford

Subs: Meslier, Struijk, Shackleton, McCalmont, Gotts, Costa, Nketiah

Meanwhile, Noel Whelan has been proved right in his prediction that Leeds head coach Bielsa will not include Eddie Nketiah and Helder Costa in the starting lineup against Stoke.

While 20-year-old Nketiah joined the Whites on loan from Arsenal in the summer transfer window, 25-year-old winger Costa switched to the West Yorkshire outfit on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Whelan said on BBC Radio Leeds when asked if Nketiah and Costa will start for Leeds against Stoke on Saturday: “The answer to that is no, probably not. He does usually stick to his guns, doesn’t he? He doesn’t really make too many changes.”
