Here is how Hull City and West Bromwich Albion will line up for this afternoon’s match:
Hull starting XI: McGregor, Rosenior, Chester, Dawson, Elmohamady, Meyler, Huddlestone, Livermore, Quinn, Hernandez, Aluko
Hull subs: Jakupovic, Bruce, Davies, Brady, Jelavic, Sagbo, Robertson
West Brom starting XI: Foster, Wisdom, McAuley, Lescott, Pocognoli, Dorrans, Morrison, Mulumbu, Gardner, Sessegnon, Anichebe
West Brom subs: Myhill, Gamboa, Dawson, Baird, Varela, Berahino, Ideye
Hull City welcome West Bromwich Albion to the KC Stadium this afternoon with Steve Bruce’s side in desperate need of three points.
The Tigers ended the summer transfer window with some very canny additions but as yet those purchases have not been reflected in their Premier League position, with Hull currently 17th in the top flight.
Today’s opponents West Brom are only one point and one place above them and Alan Irvine will want to take advantage of Hull’s recent wobbles, although their run of four straight defeats ended with a 1-1 draw against Everton last week.
This match really could go either way but it is one both sides will be desperate not to lose.
