Confirmed: Howe makes Bruno Guimaraes decision as Newcastle v Everton lineups emerge

Newcastle United substitutes: Darlow, Krafth, Manquillo, Murphy, Almiron, Burn, Gayle, Longstaff, Guimaraes.

Everton starting XI: Pickford; Coleman, Holgate, Mina, Keane, Townsend; Gomes, Allan; Gray, Richarlison, Gordon.

Everton substitutes: Begovic, Kenny, Patterson, Branthwaite, Van de Beek, El Ghazi, Iwobi, Alli, Calvert-Lewin.

Newcastle United go with Martin Dubravka in goal tonight as they host Everton at St James’ Park.

January signings Kieran Trippier and Matt Targett are the full backs, with Fabian Schar and Jamaal Lascelles in the heart of defence.

Jonjo Shelvey, Joe Willock and Joelinton line up as the midfield three, with Chris Wood flanked by Allan Saint-Maximin and Ryan Fraser up top.

New signings Dan Burn and Bruno Guimaraes make the bench, joining Karl Darlow, Emil Krafth, Javi Manquillo, Jacob Murphy, Miguel Almiron, Dwight Gayle and Sean Longstaff.

Visitors Everton have Jordan Pickford in goal, whilst it’s a back three of Mason Holgate, Yerry Mina and Michael Keane.

Andros Townsend appears to be a left wing back tonight, with Seamus Coleman on the right side.

Andre Gomes partners Allan in midfield, with Anthony Gordon and Demarai Gray either side of Richarlison in attack.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin is only fit enough for the bench, with new signings Donny van de Beek and Dele Alli also substitutes.

Asmir Begovic, Jonjoe Kenny, Nathan Patterson, Jarrad Branthwaite, Anwar El Ghazi and Alex Iwobi make up the rest of the Everton bench.
