Here is how Hibernian and Celtic will line up this weekend:
Hibernian and Celtic go head-to-head today in their latest Scottish Premiership match and the Bhoys will be hoping to take advantage of the two games in hand that they have over second-placed Rangers.
Just four points separate Brendan Rodgers’ team with both Rangers and Aberdeen, but Celtic can pull away once more if they win their upcoming matches.
Hibs are currently fourth in the table with 29 points while Celtic have 37 from one game less.
Celtic have not lost any of their last seven league games against today’s opponents and they will be hoping to stretch that record to eight.
With Hibs managing just one win in their last 15 league games against the Bhoys, it will tke an almighty effort to improve on that this afternoon, especially with Celtic looking to get back to winning ways after losing to Anderlecht in the Champions League last time out.
That result did not prevent Celtic from qualifying for the Europa League, yet their focus will now be on domestic matters for the foreseeable future.
