Arsenal star Yaya Sanogo starts for France’s under-21 side tonight.
Confirmed France under-21 team to face Belarus:
Boucher, Foulquier, Zouma, Landre, Kurzawa, Doucouré, Kondogbia, Sanson, Martial, Sanogo, Ntep.
Arsenal striker Yaya Sanogo has been named in France’s under-21 side to take on Belarus.
The youngster has recently broken into Arsenal’s first team after missing most of the season with injury, sustained on previous duty with the under-21s.
Sanogo impressed for Arsenal against Bayern, but has since dropped to the bench and missed a glorious late chance to equalise in their defeat to Stoke.
He led the line for France’s under-20 World Cup winning side last summer, netting four goals in the tournament, and will be hoping to replicate the same form this evening.
