Leicester City-owned Filip Benkovic starts for Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic against St. Mirren this evening.

Leicester City-owned central defender Filip Benkovic has been included in the Celtic starting lineup for their Scottish Premiership match against St. Mirren away from home this evening.
Celtic will return to action in around an hour’s time when they take on St. Mirren away from home at the The Simple Digital Arena in the Scottish Premiership.
Benkovic will make his debit for the Hoops, with the 21-year-old central defender having joined the Glasgow giants on loan from Premier League club Leicester in the summer transfer window.
The Croatia Under-21 international central defender moved to the Foxes from Dinamo Zagreb in August for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £13 million.
Youssouf Mulumbu is among the substitutes’ for Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic this evening.
The 31-year-old DR Congo international midfielder joined Celtic on a free transfer this summer following his departure from Kilmarnock at the end of last season.
