Leeds have appointed Darryl Flahavan as their new goalkeeping coach.

Leeds United have confirmed on their official website that former goalkeeper Darryl Flahavan has returned to the club as Garry Monk’s new goalkeeping coach.
The Whites appointed former Swansea boss Monk at the start of the month, and his first task has been to assemble a backroom staff around him.
As expected, Leeds have announced that Spaniard Pep Clotet has been brought in as Monk’s assistant, after the 38-year-old worked with Monk in the same role at Swansea City.
However, with goalkeeper coach Richard Hartis leaving after just one year in order to join the England setup, Monk also needed to bring in a replacement – and he found an ex-Leeds man to come in.
Leeds have confirmed that Darryl Flahavan has re-joined the club as the new goalkeeping coach, handing him a return to Elland Road.
The 37-year-old recently ended a lengthy playing career having played for Crawley Town last season, and has bags of playing experience having been associated with Southampton, Woking, Southend United, Crystal Palace, Oldham Athletic, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Crawley.
Additionally, Flahavan spent a short time on loan at Leeds whilst playing for Crystal Palace, but didn’t even make one appearance for the club due to an injury.
Now though, Flahavan is back at Elland Road and will be charged with the task of working with Marco Silvestri, Ross Turnbull and promising youngster Bailey Peacock-Farrell in a key role for the club.
