Everton host Stoke City at Goodison Park this afternoon…
Everton will be looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the Premier League season as they take on Stoke City this afternoon.
The Toffees have opened their campaign with a 1-1 draw at home to Tottenham, and then claimed their first win of the season by beating West Bromwich Albion 2-1 last weekend.
Today, Koeman hands first starts in the league to new signings Ashley Williams and Yannick Bolasie, who also started for Everton in their 4-0 EFL Cup win over Yeovil Town in midweek.
Mason Holgate keeps his place in defence having impressed early in the season, but there is no place in the squad for James McCarthy amid rumours he could be leaving the club.
The bench features names like Arouna Kone, Gerard Deulofeu and Aaron Lennon, as well as youngster Tom Davies.
Meanwhile, Stoke have kicked off their campaign with just one point from the first two games, as a draw away at Middlesbrough was followed up by a 4-1 home defeat to Stoke City last weekend.
The Potters need to tighten up at the back, but goalkeeper Jack Butland remains out through injury, with Shay Given continuing to deputise and youngster Jakob Haugaard on the bench.
Former Everton target Marko Arnautovic starts, whilst Joe Allen is also in the side having signed from Liverpool earlier this summer.
Both Mame Biram Diouf and Peter Crouch start in a fairly attacking Stoke side, whilst the likes of Jonathan Walters, Bojan, Charlie Adam and excisting summer signing Ramadan Sobhi are all on the bench.
