England face Montenegro and Poland in crunch World Cup Qualifiers this month.

Roy Hodgson had some massive decisions to make ahead of the big World Cup Qualifying ties with Montenegro and Poland at Wembley Stadium this month – with questions across the board about who should get the nod.

Theo Walcott is out of action, so Andros Townsend is rumoured to be in contention for another call up to the team. Glen Johnson is also out, so cover at right-back will need to be provided, most likely by Phil Jones and Chris Smalling.

Wayne Rooney missed the game with Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League last night, but after the game David Moyes was quick to insist he was fit for his country. That leaves Hodgson with a pickle in the attacking selection department. Rooney and Daniel Sturridge pick themselves – while Danny Welbeck’s form for England tells its own story. Leaving almost a straight shoot-out between in form Jermain Defoe and Rickie Lambert for a place in the squad.

Then there are those who are woefully out of form. For instance does Ashley Young deserve a call-up? While there have even been calls from certain sections of the media to drop Joe Hart after yet another calamitous performance in the Champions League.

Other names being touted with a call-up include Ross Barkley, Ravel Morrison, Steven Caulker and Rob Green, after his superb start to the season in the Championship with QPR. Morrison is however in the under-21 team, so he is not included.

In the end the squad through up very few surprises…you can see it below…
