England XI: Hart; Walker, Cahill, Smalling, Rose; Dier, Milner, Alli, Rooney (c); Kane, Vardy
It is the Three Lions’ final warm up game before their Euro 2016, and is being played at home stadium Wembley.
Kick off is at 7.45pm, with the game screened in the UK on ITV.
Cristiano Ronaldo is not involved for Portugal, having played in the Champions League semi-final just days earlier.

England’s first group game at Euro 2016 is against Russia on June 12, before games against Wales and Slovakia.
