Premier League action is finally back this afternoon as Brentford host Tottenham Hotspur after the World Cup break.

There hasn’t been a Premier League game for over a month due to the World Cup but fans can finally get back to watching league action.

Brentford go with a 3-5-2 setup today, starting with David Raya between the sticks.

Mathias Jorgensen joins Ben Mee and Ethan Pinnock in the back three with Mads Roerslev and Rico Henry at wing back.

It’s a midfield three for the Bees with Christian Norgaard, Vitaly Janelt and Mathias Jensen all starting.

Ivan Toney starts in attack with Bryan Mbeumo offering support up top.

Keane Lewis-Potter and Mikkel Damsgaard – two players heavily linked with Tottenham not long ago – feature on the bench alongside Matthew Cox, Charlie Goode, Sergi Canos, Yoane Wissa, Saman Ghoddos and Pontus Jansson.

Tottenham go with Fraser Forster in goal this afternoon with Hugo Lloris only ready for the bench.

Cristian Romero isn’t ready to play yet so Japhet Tanganga comes into defence, joining Eric Dier and Clement Lenglet at the back.

Matt Doherty and Ivan Perisic are the wing backs for Tottenham today with Yves Bissouma and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in midfield.

Harry Kane leads the attack as he looks to get over his World Cup heartbreak, with Son Heung-min and Dejan Kulusevski supporting him.

Ben Davies makes the Tottenham bench today, joining Lloris, Emerson Royal, Davinson Sanchez, Ryan Sessegnon, Oliver Skipp, Pape Matar Sarr, Harvey White and Bryan Gil.
