Confirmed Chelsea v Tottenham lineups: Tanganga starts, Reguilon on the bench

Chelsea starting XI: Kepa; Azpilicueta, Rudiger, Sarr, Alonso; Jorginho, Saul; Havertz, Mount, Ziyech; Lukaku.

Chelsea substitutes: Bettinelli, Hall, Barkley, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek, Hudson-Odoi, Pulisic, Vale, Werner.

Tottenham Hotspur starting XI: Lloris; Tanganga, Sanchez, Davies; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Doherty; Lucas, Son, Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur substitutes: Gollini, Austin, Rodon, Reguilon, Winks, Alli, Lo Celso, Ndombele, Gil.

Chelsea start with Kepa Arrizabalaga in goal with Edouard Mendy now off to the Africa Cup of Nations with Senegal.

It appears to be a back four for Chelsea, with Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, Malang Sarr and Marcos Alonso starting.

Saul would then join Jorginho in midfield, with Kai Havertz, Mason Mount and Hakim Ziyech supporting Romelu Lukaku up top.

Timo Werner makes the bench, joining Marcus Bettinelli, Lewis Hall, Ross Barkley, Mateo Kovacic, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Christian Pulisic and Harvey Vale.

Tottenham go with Hugo Lloris in goal as question marks continue to hang over Pierluigi Gollini’s future.

Japhet Tanganga comes into defence, joining Davinson Sanchez and Ben Daives in the back three.

Matt Doherty comes into the side at left wing back, with Emerson Royal on the right.

Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are in midfield, with Lucas Moura and Son Heung-min supporting Harry Kane in attack.

Sergio Reguilon is only on the bench tonight, joining Gollini, Brandon Austin, Joe Rodon, Harry Winks, Dele Alli, Giovani Lo Celso, Tanguy Ndombele and Bryan Gil.
