Here is how Chelsea and Tottenham will line up for this afternoon’s Capital One Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

Chelsea starting XI: Cech; Ivanovic, Zouma, Terry, Azpilicueta; Ramires, Cahill, Fabregas; Willian, Diego Costa, Hazard.

Chelsea subs: Courtois, Filipe Luis, Ake, Oscar, Cuadrado, Drogba, Remy.

Tottenham Hotspur starting XI: Lloris; Walker, Dier, Vertonghen, Rose; Bentaleb, Mason; Chadli, Eriksen, Townsend; Kane.

Tottenham Hotspur subs: Vorm, Davies, Fazio, Dembele, Stambouli, Lamela, Soldado.

Chelsea and Tottenham lock horns at Wembley Stadium today in what promises to be a keenly contested Capital One Cup final.

The two London rivals met as recently as January, where a Harry Kane brace helped Spurs to a shock 5-3 win at White Hart Lane in the Premier League.

Today, they meet with silverware up for grabs; Chelsea made the final with a victory over Liverpool, whilst Spurs edged out League One side Sheffield United in the semi-finals.

Chelsea are without suspended midfielder Nemanja Matic, and Jose Mourinho has chosen to use centre back Gary Cahill in a defensive midfield role alongside Ramires, with Oscar on the bench as Cesc Fabregas plays further forward.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has unsurprisingly chosen to stick with the 4-2-3-1 system that has served him so well this term – but Erik Lamela is left out, with Andros Townsend and Nacer Chadli on the flanks.
