Neil Lennon’s side have already won the league title this season and are six points above their bitter Old Firm rivals and second-placed Rangers.
The Hoops will head into the match against Hearts this afternoon on the back of a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Rangers away from home at Ibrox in the league.
Interestingly, the Bhoys will face Hearts again next weekend, this time in the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park in Glasgow.

Meanwhile, Rangers legend Barry Ferguson has defended Celtic manager Lennon against recent criticisms.
Some Celtic fans are not happy with the way the team have been playing recently, and with the team’s defeat against Rangers in the Old Firm derby last weekend.
Ferguson said on PLZ Soccer: “I think the criticism is harsh. Over the last few weeks, it has been over the top.”
Former Celtic star Scott McDonald has given his take on the departure of Lee Congerton as the club’s Head of Recruitment.
The Scottish Sun quotes McDonald as saying: “Now Lee Congerton has gone, a lot of people are pleased. But they don’t have a director of football – who’s looking at the players at the minute?
“Don’t get me wrong, Lee will have done his homework and spoken to Neil and John Kennedy as well. But it’s worrying times. Who’s actually in charge at the very top and who’s directing the club?”
