Celtic take on Alloa Athletic in the Scottish League Cup this evening, with Brendan Rodgers hoping to pick up a comfortable win.
The Bhoys drew 2-2 with Inverness Caledonian Thistle on Sunday afternoon, and are widely expected to coast past Alloa this evening.
Rodgers has rotated his squad this evening, as goalkeeper Dorus De Vries has been placed on the bench, with Craig Gordon handed a recall to the starting line-up.
It’s a familiar back four though, as Mikael Lustig and Kieran Tierney start in the full back positions, whilst Kolo Toure and Jozo Simunovic feature at centre back.
Scott Brown will protect the back four, whilst Stuart Armstrong and Tom Rogic will push forward to support lone striker Moussa Dembele and wingers Patrick Roberts and James Forrest.
That means that in-form Scott Sinclair is handed a rest alongside Nir Bitton and Erik Sviatchenko, whilst new signing Cristian Gamboa is available, with midfielders Ryan Christie and Liam Henderson are also on the bench.
