Celtic have a must win game against Borussia Moenchengladbach.
Celtic fans as New Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is presented after the press conference
Celtic have named their starting line-up for this evening’s Champions League game against Borussia Moenchengladbach.
The Scottish champions are without a win after three games, and are hoping to put that right this evening against a talented German side.
The two teams drew 0-0 at Parkhead a fortnight ago, a disappointing result for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
Defeat in Germany this evening would effectively kill off their Champions League campaign.
Celtic’s last European away game was a hammering at the hands of a rampant Barcelona, and they hope this evening results in jubilation rather than humiliation.
Their chances have not been helped by injuries to centre-backs Jozo Simunovic and Kolo Toure, while striker Leigh Griffths was another who did not travel with the squad.
