Steve Bruce’s men pushed further away from the relegation zone, but need to build on that win when they meet Bristol City this evening.
Bruce sticks with Sam Johnstone in goal, whilst Alan Hutton, James Chester, Nathan Baker and Neil Taylor in the back four.
Gary Gardner comes into midfield along with Mile Jedinak and Henri Lansbury, whilst Andre Green and Albert Adomah continue either side of striker Jonathan Kodjia, who faces his former club tonight.
Midfielder Conor Hourihane returns to the bench having been out injured on Saturday, and he’s joined by the likes of Mark Bunn, Tommy Elphick, James Bree, Birkir Bjarnason, Jordan Amavi and Jack Grealish.
Meanwhile, Bristol City lie just two points clear of the relegation zone after ten defeats in the last 14 games, with manager Lee Johnson under increasing pressure from disgruntled fans.
Johnson appears to have gone with a 4-5-1 system tonight, as Zak Vyner, Aden Flint, Bailey Wright and Joe Bryan start in the back four ahead of goalkeeper Fabian Giefer.
Gary O’Neil, Korey Smith and Bobby Reid start in midfield, with David Cotterill and Callum O’Dowda supporting lone striker Aaron Wilbraham.
The likes of Lee Tomlin, Matty Taylor, Jamie Paterson and Hordur Magnusson are all on the bench, along with Jens Hegeler, Marlon Pack and goalkeeper Frank Fielding.
