Chelsea starting XI: Mendy; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Sarr; James, Loftus-Cheek, Kante, Alonso; Mount; Lukaku, Werner.

Chelsea substitutes: Arrizabalaga, Chalobah, Silva, Barkley, Jorginho, Saul, Pulisic, Ziyech, Havertz.

Arsenal starting XI: Ramsdale; White, Gabriel, Holding , Tavares; Xhaka, Elneny; Saka, Odegaard, Smith Rowe; Nketiah.

Arsenal substitutes: Leno, Cedric, Swanson, Azeez, Lokonga, Hutchinson, Pepe, Martinelli, Lacazette.

Chelsea go with Edouard Mendy in goal this evening as they host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

It then appears to be a back three of Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen and Malang Sarr from right to left.

Reece James and Marcos Alonso line up as wing backs, with N’Golo Kante and Ruben Loftus-Cheek in midfield.

Romelu Lukaku is handed a shock start, joining Mason Mount and Timo Werner in the final third.

That means Kai Havertz only makes the bench for Chelsea tonight, joining Kepa Arrizabalga, Trevoh Chalobah, Thaigo Silva, Ross Barkley, Jorginho, Saul, Christian Pulisic and Hakim Ziyech.

Arsenal have Aaron Ramsdale in goal behind a re-jigged back line as Rob Holding comes in at centre back alongside Gabriel Magalhaes.

That means Ben White shifts over to right back with Nuno Tavares on the left.

Mohamed Elneny is a surprise inclusion alongside Granit Xhaka in midfield, with Martin Odegaard the number 10 as usual.

Eddie Nketiah leads the line despite Alexandre Lacazette’s return, with Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith Rowe down the flanks.

Lacazette only makes the Arsenal bench tonight, joining Bernd Leno, Cedric Soares, Zak Swanson, Miguel Azeez, Albert Sambi Lokonga, Omari Hutchinson, Nicolas Pepe and Gabriel Martinelli.
