Confirmed Arsenal v Man City lineups: Pepe starts, Ceballos on the bench

Arsenal starting XI: Leno; Bellerin, Holding, Mari, Tierney; Elneny, Xhaka; Saka, Odegaard, Pepe; Aubameyang.

Arsenal substitutes: Ryan, Cedric, Luiz, Gabriel, Ceballos, Willian, Smith Rowe, Martinelli, Lacazette.

Manchester City starting XI: Ederson; Cancelo, Dias, Stones, Zinchenko; Fernandinho, Gundogan, Silva; Mahrez, De Bruyne, Sterling.

Manchester City substitutes: Steffen, Walker, Jesus, Aguero, Laporte, Rodri, Torres, Mendy, Foden.

Arsenal go with Bernd Leno in goal, behind a back four of Hector Bellerin, Rob Holding, Pablo Mari and Kieran Tierney.

Mohamed Elneny is given a start in midfield alongside Granit Xhaka, whilst Emile Smith Rowe drops out of the side as Nicolas Pepe starts on the left flank.

Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard feature in the team too, helping support Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in attack.

Mat Ryan, Cedric, David Luiz, Gabriel Magalhaes, Dani Ceballos, Willian, Gabriel Martinelli and Alexandre Lacazette join Smith Rowe on the bench.

City have Ederson between the sticks, and it’s a back four of Joao Cancelo, John Stones, Ruben Dias and Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Fernandinho will protect the back four, with Ilkay Gundogan and Bernardo Silva supporting the front three of Riyad Mahrez, Kevin De Bruyne and Raheem Sterling.

Sergio Aguero is on the bench, joining Zach Steffen, Kyle Walker, Gabriel Jesus, Aymeric Laporte, Rodri, Ferran Torres, Benjamin Mendy and Phil Foden.
