Arsenal will be on the hunt for some revenge after suffering defeat to Borussia Dortmund in the reverse of this fixture in the last round of Champions League games.
Arsenal have a more than decent recent record in Germany, which will make them confident ahead of the game having secured a point the last time they travelled to Dortmund to go with that win at Bayern Munich last season.
Group F is currently dominated by three teams all on the same number of points with Arsenal top on goal difference followed by Dortmund and Italian side Napoli.
Dortmund are on a run of four straight wins, which includes that victory over Arsenal, but the Gunners will be confident as they have lost just two matches in their last 16 fixtures.
Both sides have very talented and large squads available so it will be fascinating to see which teams Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp go with.
