Arsenal head into the first leg of their Champions League play-off game against Besiktas as the heavy favourites.
Arsenal are forced to play qualifiers for the group stage due to finishing fourth in the Premier League last season, but Arsene Wenger has a superb record when it comes to competing in Europe.
Wenger will be pleased with the way his side fought for a victory against Crystal Palace in the Premier League last weekend and he’ll want to get this tie back to the Emirates Stadium, with the Gunners in a good position.
Arsenal have plenty of European experience and there will be a couple of changes due to injuries to left-back Kieran Gibbs and striker Yaya Sanogo who have both been left behind in London for the match.
Wenger would ideally like to kill this game off in the first leg but Turkey is one of the most difficult places for any club in Europe to go and play.
